Figma is seeking an executive communications manager to shape its story and how leaders tell it. You will craft clear, compelling points of view and build platforms for credible executive storytelling across teams.

Most work is writing—essays, keynotes, posts and op-eds—with strategy shaping which ideas to develop and how stories travel. The role reports to the VP of Communications and is based in San Francisco or New York City.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience crafting narratives for senior executives across formats, channels and audiences.
• Track record of writing for C-suite executives with strong opinions and high standards.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build the narrative framework executives use to tell Figma's story and their own.
• Collaborate with the comms team on media strategy and messaging.
• Partner with executives to sharpen ideas and the broader point of view behind them.
