Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Executive Communications Content Creator and Storyteller to craft executive‑level content that supports the C‑suite’s external engagements. You will translate strategy, financial performance, and industry insights into clear narratives for investors, analysts, media, policymakers, and employees.

You will develop reusable storytelling assets, design executive‑level decks with visual storytelling, and shape the CEO’s social media strategy and copy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or public relations.
• 2+ years supporting C‑suite executives in fast‑paced organizations.
• Experience managing an executive’s social media presence, with strategy, copywriting, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Office365 product suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to write executive‑level communications in the executive voice and distill data into compelling narratives.
• Strong interviewing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to produce executive‑level presentations with clear storytelling and visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging speeches, remarks, and talking points matching the CEO’s voice.
• Interview internal experts to gather data and validate stories.
• Develop reusable storytelling assets and core messages for various audiences.
• Create polished executive‑level presentation decks with visual storytelling.
• Develop the CEO’s social media strategy and write high‑impact copy in the CEO’s voice.
