Our Leadership Development team seeks an executive full-time coach to provide coaching to key Partner populations across the US, including those involved in leadership development programs for future leaders. You will be part of a dynamic, national team focused on empowering individuals to meet leadership challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact through various coaching modalities.
You will also contribute to the coaching practice and leadership development team, seeking feedback and sharing insights to enhance our coaching impact. Additionally, you will engage as a thought leader, staying current with leading methodologies and strategies in the coaching profession.
