The Opportunity

Our Leadership Development team seeks an executive full-time coach to provide coaching to key Partner populations across the US, including those involved in leadership development programs for future leaders. You will be part of a dynamic, national team focused on empowering individuals to meet leadership challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact through various coaching modalities.

You will also contribute to the coaching practice and leadership development team, seeking feedback and sharing insights to enhance our coaching impact. Additionally, you will engage as a thought leader, staying current with leading methodologies and strategies in the coaching profession.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Providing executive coaching to senior leaders and leadership teams, managing a book of at least 35 clients
• Delivering exceptional coaching experiences to strengthen our leadership development brand and generate growth
• Seeking client feedback regularly to improve coaching effectiveness
• Upholding ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics
• Collaborating with the coaching team on projects, sharing best practices, and supporting team growth
• Building relationships with talent stakeholders to understand and manage coaching demand
• Sharing coaching impact and insights with business and talent stakeholders
• Preparing and delivering coaching events, workshops, and relevant materials as needed
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required by the regional environment

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years coaching senior executives, preferably in professional services
• ICF PCC credential and comprehensive coaching education
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Experience coaching virtually in a culturally diverse environment
• Strong collaboration skills within teams and across the organization
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex, agile environment
• Growth mindset and ability to foster a coaching culture
• Excellent communication skills for thought leadership and brand strengthening

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification to work with “The Leadership Circle Profile” for individuals and teams
• Certification in “Immunity to Change” approaches for individuals and teams
