Job summary

Jobot is seeking a high-impact Chief Nursing Officer for an inpatient rehab hospital in the Cincinnati metro. You will own nursing quality, lead a tenured senior leadership team, and shape patient outcomes with a patient-focused, interdisciplinary approach.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure (or eligibility), BSN and MSN, and prior inpatient hospital leadership. Great benefits and growth opportunities are offered in a contained, low-variance environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio or eligibility to obtain.
• BSN required with Master’s degree; BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN within one year of eligibility.
• 5 years in inpatient hospital setting.
• 2 years of nursing management with 24-hour accountability and budget oversight.
• Hospital experience required; complex unit leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hospital’s nursing executive and senior leader.
• Oversee nursing practice, quality, staffing and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy teams to maintain patient focus.
• Develop policies to assess and meet nursing needs.
• Represent nursing on governing and quality committees.
• Lead 10 direct reports including managers and supervisors.
