The Staff Pad is assisting a mission-driven FQHC in Southern California with the search for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations, provider engagement, and quality initiatives across an integrated care network in Pomona, CA.

This is an executive leadership role offering strategic impact on patient care, workforce development, and growth of access to high-quality, culturally competent care for underserved communities.

Formación

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds is required.
• Progressive physician leadership experience is required.
• FQHC clinical experience is required.
• Experience as Associate Medical Director/Medical Director/CMO or equivalent leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership across an integrated care network.
• Mentor and engage providers; onboard and retain talent.
• Lead quality initiatives aligned with HEDIS, UDS, HRSA.
• Oversee clinical operations and service-line growth.
• Present quality and performance updates to the board and executives.
