Job summary

San Juan Country Club is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead operations, finances, dining, golf and member services at a private, member-focused club in New Mexico. The GM reports to the Board and Club President and will drive strategic initiatives while fostering a high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

• Five years of leadership/management experience in private member-focused clubs or equivalent.
• Strong focus on financial performance, budgeting and governance.
• Proven ability to develop staff, manage diverse teams and maintain exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a management team including accounting, culinary, golf and maintenance professionals.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue enhancement, cost controls and operational planning.
• Maintain a positive culture, accessibility to members, and high service standards.
• Collaborate with Board and committees on strategic direction and member programs.
• Ensure recruitment, training and staff development for a premier club experience.
