Canoe Brook Country Club in Summit, New Jersey, invites a General Manager to direct daily operations and strategic initiatives. The role partners with committees to shape policies, programs and events, ensuring superior member and guest experiences.

With a planned ~$50M in capital projects and a focus on maintaining world‑class facilities, the GM will guide the club through planning, sequencing, and execution while upholding the club's storied traditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred.
• CCM or CCE certification highly desired; PGA certification a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive club management experience.
• Proven budgets, financial metrics, and capital project oversight.
• Strong golf services knowledge and multi-course experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all club operations and governance with the Board and committees.
• Lead ~$50M+ capital investment program with phased planning and execution.
• Maintain exceptional member/guest satisfaction and hospitality culture.
• Provide leadership for high-end golf services and facilities management.
