Qualifications

• Expertise in labor relations, multi-site workforce management, executive-level HR strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to implement enterprise HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor relations, compliance, and union negotiations.
