Job summary

Crievewood United Methodist Church Child Care Center in Nashville, TN seeks an Executive Director to lead daily operations, ensure DHS compliance, and guide curriculum, family engagement, finances, and human resources.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage budgets, maintain enrollment, and build strong community partnerships while upholding the center's Christian mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education, elementary education, or business administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in a childcare or education setting.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of current TN DHS requirements and ability to comply with all regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to Crievewood UMC's Christian mission.
• Experience in office administration or accounting is a plus.

Position Overview

The Executive Director leads all center operations, compliance with DHS requirements, human resources, curriculum, family engagement, finances, and care for the children.
