• Demonstrated experience in supervision, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
• Experience working with volunteer leaders and staff at all levels.

• Lead coordination of organizational priorities and program/financial goals.
• Supervise Directors of credentialing, professional development, member engagement, communications, and events.
• Advise the CEO on administrative and executive issues; implement policies and procedures.
• Oversee annual work plan development and cross-unit collaboration.
• Support governance, finance tracking, and contract oversight.
