Jobgether is partnering with a client seeking a Director, Chief of Staff for Individual Markets in the United States. The role translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, drives cross-functional initiatives, and ensures leadership decisions translate into measurable results.

You will coordinate governance, dashboards, and senior communications across distribution, product, technology, risk, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience in insurance, asset management, or financial services preferred.
• Strong executive presence and communication with C-suite audiences.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with AI-enabled process improvements and governance.

Responsabilités

• Translate leadership priorities into structured plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the business operating cadence including leadership meetings and reviews.
• Drive cross-functional coordination, track progress, and escalate risks.
• Prepare executive communications and board/investor materials.
• Synthesize financial, operational, and strategic data into narratives.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, and long-range planning with Finance.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and execution reviews for timely insights.
• Build alignment across Distribution, Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance.
• Lead or co-lead strategic initiatives from scoping to implementation.
• Represent senior leadership in internal forums and working groups.
• Support organizational design, talent development, and culture initiatives.
• Identify AI-enabled productivity opportunities with governance and risk controls.
• Maintain awareness of performance, economics, and market dynamics.
