Job summary
Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts in Milwaukee, seeks a Chief Engineer to provide strategic leadership for engineering, maintenance, and facility operations. You will guide the Engineering team, oversee budgets, preventive maintenance, and capital projects to keep the property safe and well maintained.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management, or related field preferred.
- 5–7 years in progressive engineering or facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Experience in hospitality or large commercial facilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for engineering, maintenance, life safety, and facility operations.
- Lead and develop the Engineering team through hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, capital projects, budgets, and compliance.
