Job summary

The Radical Hotel in Asheville is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a hands-on kitchen team and shape a distinctive culinary program across Golden Hour rooftop and private events. You will craft seasonal menus, source locally, and work closely with a Michelin-starred chef to uphold premier standards.

Leading operations, cost control, and safety, you’ll cultivate a vibrant, craft-focused kitchen culture that reflects Asheville’s food scene and The Radical’s creative identity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in a high-visibility kitchen.
• Ability to source seasonal ingredients and craft elevated menus.
• Experience guiding and developing a kitchen team to deliver high standards.

Responsibilities

• Set culinary direction for Golden Hour, rooftop bar, and private events.
• Develop seasonal, locally-sourced menus reflecting Asheville’s food culture.
• Collaborate with Michelin-starred chef on menus and standards.
• Recruit, train, and lead a strong kitchen team.
• Own kitchen operations: quality, cost, and safety.
