Job summary

Quest Food Management Services is seeking a culinary operations leader to manage all kitchen and storage activities for a school dining account. You will supervise the BOH team, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, and partner with the client to uphold Quest's standards.

You will oversee menu creation, food cost controls, and inventory management while implementing safety programs and HACCP guidelines across locations. The role emphasizes leadership and client liaison responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Manaage staff including selection, allocation, training and coaching.
• Oversee budgeting and forecast for the account.
• Apply HACCP guidelines to safe food practices.
• Plan and create all menus for the account.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure quality and consistency across the BOH operations.

Responsibilities

• Cascade Quest vision, values and principles across the BOH.
• Lead a team of associates, provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage BOH staffing and labor costs; optimize headcount.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues immediately.
• Oversee BOH finances and contribute to budget development.
