Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in culinary arts, food safety, and kitchen management. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen & restaurant operations, menu development, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and presentation.
Duties
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences per Hilton Standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maintain profitability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen & restaurant staff to enhance their culinary skills and ensure high service performance.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events to provide exceptional dining experiences.
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality control and consistency in all dishes served.

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proficient in culinary techniques with a focus on food handling and preparation.
- Excellent kitchen management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in restaurant management, including team building, menu planning, and cost control.
- Ability to create appealing dishes for both everyday dining and special events such as banquets.

Skills/Requirements
- High School/GED, in restaurant or hospitality management or a closely related field preferred
- Min 2-4+ years of restaurant experience
- Ability to manage restaurant operations independently

- Ability to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays
