Job summary

Miramont Country Club in Bryan-College Station is seeking an experienced, creative Executive Chef to lead the Club’s culinary operations. The Chef will craft menus, ensure exceptional dining experiences for members and guests, and maintain top sanitation and quality standards.

You will mentor a team of culinary professionals, manage budgets and purchasing, and collaborate with ownership and staff to elevate the club’s private dining program.

Qualifications

• Senior culinary leader who can set high standards and inspire the team.
• Strong budget, cost control, and purchasing experience.
• Proven ability to develop creative menus and deliver consistent high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across multiple kitchens and events.
• Develop and execute menu programs that meet member expectations.
• Coach staff, monitor food quality, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with ownership and department heads and manage the F&B budget.
