The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, experience with high-volume corporate dining, and proficiency in diverse cuisines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Hands-on chef experience is a must.
• Expertise across diverse cuisines and culinary techniques and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
