Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an Executive Chef to lead multiple kitchen outlets, ensuring consistent high-end experiences for guests and VIPs. You will work with the executive chef to design venues, maintain standards, and drive employee engagement across operations.

The role demands a versatile skill set, leadership, and a strong can-do attitude, with responsibility for staffing, training, and cost control in a dynamic corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree and 4+ years of industry experience; or 6+ years in the field.
• 2+ years of experience in a multi-outlet operation facility.
• Must have ServSafe/state-recognized manager level food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow, set, and enforce standards of operation in multiple kitchen outlets environments.
• Support executive chef and/or sous chef with operation and team development.
• Enforce food safety and workplace safety across all food service areas.
• Train staff on planning materials, safety protocols, and health guidelines.
• Oversee hiring and disciplinary decisions for the team.
• Coordinate openings of new outlets, especially VIP experiences.
• Ensure ongoing operation of outlets and cost per head targets.
• Support recruitment, development, retention and team management.
