Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, Tennessee seeks an Executive Chef to oversee multiple kitchen outlets, ensure consistency across offerings, and elevate VIP dining experiences for guests and staff. You will partner with executive staff to conceptualize outlets and lead a hands-on culinary team.

The role requires a culinary degree or equivalent, 4+ years in multi-outlet operations or 6+ years in the industry, and strong leadership, communication, and safety standards. Travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• 4+ years in multi-outlet operation; 6+ years in the industry accepted.
• Experience leading 20+ team members and ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow, set, and enforce standards of operation in multiple kitchen outlets.
• Support executive/sous chefs with operation, team development, and overall department.
• Enforce food safety and general workplace safety in all food service areas.
• Train staff on planning, safety protocols, and health inspection guidelines.
• Oversee hiring and disciplinary decisions, focusing on wellbeing.
• Coordinate openings of new outlets with emphasis on VIP experiences.
• Maintain operation of outlets during regular day-to-day operations.
• Plan and meet cost per head targets at sites and outlets.
• Support hiring, development, retention and team management for staff.
