Job summary

Restaurant Associates in New York City is seeking a Senior Chef Manager to oversee back-of-house culinary and dining operations for a prestigious law firm. You will lead a high-end dining and catering program, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, service and guest experiences across daily dining, executive functions, meetings and events.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary management experience in a high-volume setting.
Experience with high-end catering operations, including menu development and event execution.
Strong leadership, coaching and training skills.
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, storage and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

Carries out BOH Culinary Management responsibilities in line with RA policies and applicable laws.
Participates in employee meetings and training programs.
Conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
Maintains food costs while upholding highest quality standards.
Manages purchasing and inventory controls; leads team development and performance reviews.
