Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) - Palomino Gardens Retirement seeks a hands-on Executive Chef to lead our Culinary and Dining teams in providing fresh, scratch-made meals and exceptional service. You will drive the Signature Freedom Dining program, creating a luxury, resort-style dining experience with flexible options and beautifully presented plates.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership in culinary preparation and supervising a team.
• Education: HS diploma or GED; culinary degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule: Sundays–Thursdays with extra evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations with scratch-made meals and high presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen, upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coach and develop Culinary and Dining teams; coordinate with Dining Room Supervisor for service.
• Manage ordering, inventory, vendor relations, and daily invoicing.
