Job summary

A National Hospitality Group seeks an Executive Chef to lead its Culinary Team in California. The ideal candidate will have Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in luxury hotel, resort, or boutique F&B operations and a track record of high-quality food and service.

This role emphasizes menu development, cost controls, staff leadership, and event execution, with a salary range of $120,000 to $135,000 plus benefits, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in luxury hotel/resort high-volume outlets.
• Fine dining or upscale casual American/California cuisine.
• ServSafe certification.
• Leadership of both BOH and FOH.
• High school education minimum.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Culinary team
• Executes highest quality Food & Beverage
• Ensures guest service exceeds expectations
• Maintains cost controls and payroll alignment
• Oversees ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation
• Collaborates on menu development and events
