Bon Appetit Management Company seeks an Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and daily kitchen operations at Carthage College. The role requires relocation to the Kenosha, WI area and stewardship of multiple dining venues to deliver exceptional, scratch-based experiences.

The ideal candidate brings multi-unit leadership experience within hospitality, strong menu development skills, and a track record of managing food costs and team development in high-volume settings.

Qualifications

• Progressive culinary leadership experience within hospitality or related settings.
• Experience overseeing multiple kitchens, outlets, or service platforms.
• Proven success in leading and developing high-performing culinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of food cost controls, labor, inventory, and purchasing.
• Experience creating diverse menus in high-volume environments.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary vision across multiple dining venues and platforms.
• Develop menus reflecting seasonality, guest preferences, and scratch cooking.
• Partner with leaders to ensure consistent, exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and purchasing to meet goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor culinary managers and staff.
• Drive continuous improvement and culinary innovation.
