Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, including chef managers and hourly staff, and to develop and drive culinary solutions that meet customer tastes and client needs. You will oversee production, presentation, and service standards, applying precise techniques to food preparation and final plating.

You will manage staff, train on best practices, coach performance, and drive continuous improvements in quality, waste reduction, and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of culinary experience.
• 2+ years in a management role preferred.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards.
• Manages chef managers and hourly staff.
• Develops and executes culinary solutions to meet customer needs.
• Trains and coaches kitchen staff on best practices.
• Maintains food quality and safety standards.
• Helps plan menus and manage costs and waste.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and supplier standards.
