Four Points by Sheraton Richmond is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen serving restaurant and banquets. You will mentor staff, design menus, oversee food preparation, and ensure safety and quality while meeting budgets.

The role requires 2–3 years of Executive Chef experience, strong leadership, and ability to manage costs and guest expectations in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills are essential.
