Job summary

Wellborn 2R Steakhouse Wichita Falls, part of OHM, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead on-site culinary operations, ensuring top-quality food, safety, and profitability while delivering exceptional guest service. You will guide menu execution, control food/labor costs, and develop a high-performing team.

Collaborate with hotel leadership to create memorable dining experiences that align with OHM brand standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

Degree or certification from a culinary institution is preferred.
Minimum two years as Sous Chef.
Two years kitchen supervisory experience or equivalent responsible role.

Responsibilities

Leads all culinary operations to ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Oversees daily kitchen operations across restaurants, banquets, room service, and other outlets.
Recruits, hires, trains, mentors, coaches, and evaluates culinary staff.
Creates a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and world-class service.
Develops standardized recipes and menu offerings; supports seasonal menus.
Plans production and staffing based on occupancy and events.
Maintains HACCP compliance and health regulations.
