Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Culinary arts degree or certification preferred.
• Two years’ sous chef experience preferred.
• Two years kitchen supervisory experience with three years kitchen operations experience including lead cook and steward roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily culinary operations across restaurants, banquets, catering, and room service.
• Coach, train, and develop culinary team; recruit and onboard per policy.
• Lead hands-on cooking to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service.
• Monitor recipes, portions, and presentation to meet standards.
• Control food and labor costs; minimize waste and optimize inventory.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and overall food safety.
• Collaborate with leadership for events and menus; forecast needs.
