Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Executive Chef in Lexington to lead chef managers and hourly culinary staff, developing and executing culinary solutions to meet client needs and tastes. You will oversee production, presentation, and service standards, applying advanced culinary techniques to food preparation and final presentation.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 4 years of culinary experience, and a culinary degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience.
• At least 2 years in a management role preferred.
• Requires a culinary degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees culinary production connecting to the Executional Framework.
• Manages a culinary team to ensure quality in final presentation of food.
• Train and manage culinary staff to use best practice production techniques.
• Coach employees to achieve shared goals and standards.
• Plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles.
• Maintain staff records including training and performance data.
• Develop and maintain client and guest rapport.
