Job summary

Schulte Companies is seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and drive culinary excellence. Based in Myrtle Beach, you will supervise cooks and managers, plan menus, control costs and uphold safety standards across the department.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in a culinary leadership role and a Bachelor's degree preferred, with food safety certification preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage kitchen operations and culinary departments.
• Lead kitchen staff, hire train develop and coach employees and conduct reviews.
• Plan procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food in a safe, cost-effective manner.
