Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking an Executive Chef for Trilogy Sunstone in northwest Las Vegas. You will manage multi-outlet kitchens, plan menus, forecast inventory and budgets, and lead a talented culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to high standards of quality and safety. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience as Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Nationally certified culinary education or equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities
