Qualifications

• Culinary degree, bachelor’s degree, or commensurate experience.
• Previous experience as an Executive Chef.
• Up to date Food Safety Certifications as required by local, county, or state laws.
• Creative, multi-dimensional with experience across multiple cuisines.
• Experience creating menu items and partnering with chefs to redesign a menu on a seasonal basis.
• Proven leadership in managing a kitchen and team members.
• Experience training, developing, and engaging team members.
• Ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations and motivate staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a scratch kitchen and an innovative, fresh, and modern menu.
• Ensure that all team members and systems function efficiently so that guests are satisfied.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the restaurant achieves its budgeted goals and team member morale is maintained
