Sodexo Live! is seeking an experienced Executive Chef II for the Glade at Forrest Park in St. Louis, MO.

You will lead culinary operations, collaborate with the General Manager and culinary leaders, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through diverse food and beverage offerings from fast casual to events. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, menu development, cost control, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume or premium hospitality settings.
• Proven ability in menu development, cost control, and kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; adaptable to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations across outlets and events.
• Lead and develop sous chefs and line cooks to deliver high-quality offerings.
• Execute seasonal and client-driven menus with consistency in taste and presentation.
