• Strong background in scratch cooking within a corporate restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily BOH operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen.
• Set and maintain standards for food quality, recipe execution, and kitchen organization.
• Manage par levels, ordering systems, inventory, and waste control.
