Chartwells K-12 is seeking an Executive Chef in Russellville, AR to oversee kitchen operations, ensure safety and sanitation, and execute meals per corporate programs. This role emphasizes leadership, menu planning, and culinary excellence in a school dining environment.

You will guide staff, apply standardized recipes, manage inventory, and ensure quality while upholding company policies and client satisfaction goals.

Competenze

• A.S. or equivalent culinary/kitchen management experience.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience is desirable.
• Hands-on chef experience is a must.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Plan regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Follow standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards.
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Manage inventory to stay within guidelines and ensure availability.
• Decide on utilization of leftover food within company guidelines.
• Comply with health, sanitation and safety regulations.
• Follow safety policies and participate in staff meetings and programs.
