Qualifications

• 5+ years of Kitchen Management / Executive Chef experience.
• Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue.
• Extensive experience in banquet style events.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to mandated F&B menu and purchasing.
• Maintain budgeted costs and review profit & loss statements.
• Oversee preparation and service of food for events.
