Job summary

Legends Global seeks an Executive Chef for Pechanga Arena to lead all culinary operations, drive quality, and manage high-volume catering and concessions. You will partner with GM, F&B, Sales, and Events to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all banquet and VIP services.

Strong leadership and HACCP discipline are essential. The role requires 7+ years in senior culinary leadership within arena or large-scale venues, with a focus on cost control, innovation, and team development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume venues.
• Proven ability to manage food and labor costs.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house culinary operations across the venue ensuring event-day excellence.
• Develop and manage menus for concessions, catering, VIP areas, and events.
• Control food cost, labor, waste, and inventory within budgets.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Ensure HACCP, sanitation, and safety compliance across kitchens.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Events for seamless execution.
