You will roll out culinary programs in partnership with marketing and the culinary team, focusing on top-notch foodservice quality.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• High volume production and catering experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary functions for the account and United Club at IAH.
• Lead a team of culinarians and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Plan and create menus, manage cost controls and inventory.
