Legends Global is seeking an Executive Chef for the Food & Beverage department at the Marshall Health Arena in Huntington, WV. The role oversees menu development, production scheduling, and cost controls for high-volume events, ensuring top culinary quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must maintain local Health Codes and sanitation HACCP.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and development of menu items to keep pace with industry trends.
• Inspect recipe compliance and quality control throughout production.
• Maintain health department score of 90 or above.
• Create production schedule to meet business demands.
• Manage department budget to meet labor and cost goals.
• Hiring and training of kitchen staff and maintain Serve Safe compliance.
• Ordering, receiving, and preparing all food items.
• Develop creative menus with food presentations for events.
