Qualifications

• Flexibility in schedule; Floris operates six days with varying shifts.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a kitchen or food service setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, budgeting, inventory, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house Floris staff, including supervision and training.
• Manage menu planning, food preparation, and daily kitchen operations.
