Qualifications

• Minimum of five years cooking experience in a fine dining setting.
• Culinary education preferred, or a combination of education and fine dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service and determine amount and type of food and supplies for daily menus.
• Lead and collaborate with the CDM for activities and operational opportunities.
• Responsible for creating, planning, and executing all catered and special functions.
• Responsible for creating all food purchases, production sheets, scheduling, and related materials.
• Monitor food quality and quantity and take corrective action to maintain standards.
• Follows infection control techniques and sanitary practices in handling food.
• Responsible for waste control of resources to avoid over/under production and leftovers.
