Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the FireLake Grill House and Banquet Kitchen operations at the Radisson Blu Mall of America, overseeing daily kitchen activities and staff to ensure high quality, cost efficient menu items.

You will develop menus, manage budgets, coordinate with events and drive guest satisfaction through Yes I Can hospitality; a culinary degree and proven leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily kitchen operations for FireLake Grill House and the banquet kitchen
• Develops and implements menu and dining strategies aligned with hotel market position
• Manages budget, inventory, purchases and food cost controls
• Leads kitchen staff, trains and mentors teams, and ensures sanitation standards
