Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the food service department, ensuring efficient and effective meal production and service
• Develop and implement menus, recipes, and culinary programs that meet the dietary needs of our patients and residents
• Lead and supervise a team of chefs, cooks, and dietitians to ensure high-quality meal production and excellent customer service
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination
