Bashas' Supermarkets in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Bistro team, develop gourmet and healthy menu options, and partner with vendors to optimize product offerings. You will manage ordering, inventory, and training while ensuring food safety and profitability.

You will collaborate with the Catering Director on menu planning and maintain high standards of quality and guest education, while driving sales and reducing waste and costs.

• Support Catering Director with menu planning and catering profitability
• Drive sales and profitability while controlling shrink and labor
• Ensure compliance with all state, local, and company food-safety standards
• Educate guests and team members on products and recipes
