Job summary

SingleThread Farm is seeking a Head Chef of Culinary Experiences to lead all culinary aspects of on- and off-site events, reporting to the Owner / Head Chef. You will drive menu development, ensure flawless execution, and mentor a high-performing events kitchen team.

Collaborate across Events, Culinary, and Operations to deliver hospitality-focused experiences that reflect sustainability and exceptional quality, while advancing within Vertice Hospitality's portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Michelin-starred and/or fine dining restaurants
• Minimum 2+ years of culinary management experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
• Proven commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
• Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with discretion
• Creative problem-solving and decisive leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead Menu Development & Culinary Innovation for events in collaboration with Head Chef of Special Projects
• Oversee Event Execution & Culinary Operations to ensure recipes, portions and quality standards
• Train, develop, and mentor events kitchen team and partner with HR for training materials and safety programs
• Plan workforce and manage scheduling, payroll reviews, and labor costs
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations across event kitchens
• Contribute to continuous improvement in guest experience and event operations
