Restaurant Associates in NYC seeks an Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and day-to-day kitchen operations for a premier corporate dining program. You will oversee café services, executive dining, and high-end catering, delivering hospitality excellence and top-tier food safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment, with a focus on quality, presentation, and guest experiences across multiple service lines, including events for Nomura.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience in a high-volume, complex foodservice operation.
• Experience in corporate dining; fine dining preferred.
• Extensive catering experience required.
• Hands-on leadership focused on hospitality and food quality.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Makes decisions on leftovers following company guidelines.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and audits.
• Follows safety policies and participates in departmental meetings.
