Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

Job Summary

Working as the Executive Chef for a premier corporate client in NYC, you will be responsible for the success of the culinary program including cafe services, catering services and executive dining. This is a client facing position and relationship building skills are necessary. This position offers a desireable Monday through Friday schedule, weekends and holidays off.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operational excellence

+ Manage a team of salaried and hourly associates

+ Build outstanding relationships with the clients

+ Manage cost controls and controls expenditures for the account

+ Plan and create all menus

+ Purchase and manage inventory

+ Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Culinary degree preferred

+ Three to five years of culinary management experience

+ High volume production and catering experience

+ Previous experience managing cost controls

+ Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
