You will manage supplier relations, menu development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring cost-efficient staffing and high service standards across patient, cafeteria, and catering services.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years leadership or 3+ years culinary experience.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required.
• Registered Dietitian or CDM within 24 months.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager required at hire.
• ServSafe Allergen within 60 days.

• Lead and guide culinary program operations and safety.
