Job summary

Metz Culinary Management is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our dining team at Northeastern University in Manhattan. This is a working chef role in a fast-paced, multi-outlet university setting, requiring hands-on leadership, menu software knowledge, inventory control and strong communication.

The ideal candidate will mentor a culinary staff, drive food quality and stunning presentations, and bring experience from institutional environments such as schools, hospitals or colleges.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years supervisory experience as sous or executive chef.
• High-volume kitchen background.
• Experience in institutional multi-outlet settings.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Strong restaurant management knowledge.
• Culinary degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
