Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 for Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, NH. You will oversee a team of culinary professionals, manage patient meals and on-site catering across two kitchens, and report to the Food Operations Manager.

The role covers day shifts with some coverage for closing shifts and weekends; you will ensure food safety, menu planning, inventory control, and high-quality patient and retail dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in food or culinary services.
• Proven track record in kitchen leadership and high-quality food service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and a team of culinarians and production workers.
• Deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance.
• Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented.
• Initiate plans for improvments and/or enhancements to existing systems (ordering, food production, handling & safety).
• Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance.
