RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE supervising up to 20 associates, scheduling, standardizing culinary systems, auditing performance, and building solid client relationships while maintaining high quality and compliance with health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven culinary background with knowledge of contemporary culinary trends.
• 3+ years of food management experience focused on retail operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, maintaining high standards.
• Menu planning and inventory management experience.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines; ServSafe preferred and HACCP knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum Mandatory Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of functional experience in food or culinary services (e.g., restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, mall food courts).

Location: US‑MA‑BOSTON. Employment status: Full‑time, Exempt. Posted range: $65,000 – $98,450.
